Wow!!! Since last 15 years I was trying to figure out that what is the difference between educated and literate. And if there is someone called as an Educated Illiterate or Uneducated Literate. The answer is yes!!!!

4 2 years of Education can produce an illiterate. An Illiterate who litters in public places, spits wherever he finds place, honks the horn unnecessarily when there is a traffic jam, eats like a beast and has least respect for the pedestrians crossing the road. This is a new species of human beings which has developed over last 2-3 decades and they think they are trendy, best educated people around the globe. They will be in their best attire and one of their swanky honda crv's but they will eat in the car and throw the banana peel out of the window on the roads. They will argue as one of the best doctorate's of political science but will never go out to vote. They think that they are the best educated species around the globe who has got every right to do anything. They will argue about their rights but will hardly remember about their duties. They will use tissue paper in the dining area because it is trendy but will care least about the basic hygiene. They will make a hue and cry when someone leaves a toilet wet but will never care to keep them dry. They will always try to find a fault in everyone's behaviour but will never discuss about their faulty brain line. Now this species is called educated class but the illiterate one.
Another species which is existent but is on the verge of depletion is the literate class. These people might not have gone to swanky B-Schools or Engineering Colleges, might not have studied into the best art colleges or drama colleges but know how to behave. They will be caring, will always welcome you with a smile.,always use dustbin to throw garbage, belives in personal as well as environmental hygiene and will vote first. They might not wear adidas, nike or armani but whatever they wear, do it smartly and cleanly. They will never honk the horn on the pedestrians crossing the road.
